[July Aug Sep Dec 15th-Jan 5th £650-$950 per week]

These rental rates are negotiable to an extent with a discount for stays of 3 weeks or more.
The prices include all Taxes and pool heating there are no hidden extras not even for using the barbecue.




This home is licensed with the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants and a Florida Occupational License has been issued to the owners. These Properties are in full compliance with safety standards, including smoke detectors and extinguishers.
