Our recently purchased and furnished villa could be just what you are looking for. With its 3 Bedroom's & 3 Bathroom's and comprehensive satellite TV in all the living and bedrooms, this home will accommodate 8 Guests comfortably. As you walk in the front door you are greeted by the view of the Courtyard pool (which can be heated) fully screened for your comfort and privacy. There are also sun loungers along with patio table and chairs. Off the pool area is the "Mother-in-law" suite. This has A Queen-size bed, built in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and plenty of drawer space. There is also satellite TV along with DVD and video (you have to keep her occupied). Entering the main living area brings you to the living/dining room. Here one of the main Features is the 57" Rear Projection TV which has satellite DVD and video (for the Brits you can keep up with the Premiership with a live game every Sunday). Also in the living room are a 3 and 2 seater settees; the 3 seater turning into a double bed. The dining table accommodates 6 people comfortably. Off the living room is the Master bedroom and here you will find a King-size bed, a spacious walk-in wardrobe and, again, plenty of drawer space. There is also satellite TV and a DVD player. In the en-suite bathroom you will find 'his' and 'hers' wash basins, along with a corner bath and walk-in shower. Back to the living room and the next port of call is the kitchen. In here will be found all the appliances needed, including Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Electric Cooker, coffee machine, double sink with waste disposal unit and of course the Dishwasher. The kitchen is, of course fully equipped with all the cooking utensils needed (like you’re really going to use them!) along with all the crockery and cutlery. Also there is a 2-seat breakfast table (for that more Romantic moment). Off the kitchen is the laundry room; here we have a large washing machine and tumble dryer. An ironing board along with a steam iron is also provided. Following entry to the double garage will be found all the pool toy's you will need; along with a gas barbecue which Can be taken out to the pool area. Back into the house and the last bedroom contains twin single beds, built in wardrobe with attendant drawer space. Along with the satellite TV and video is a Playstation 2 (for the kids of course); adjacent to the twin bedroom is the 3rd bathroom. This contains a wash basin, full size bath and shower. Every thing you could possibly need from a Cot to Hair dryer's are here - all YOU need to do is bring yourselves your clothes and DONT forget your Toothbrush.
